Toni Sims serves as Researcher for CMEP. She previously served as Director of Research at Animal Charity Evaluators, where she oversaw the organization's charity evaluations and research output. Additionally, she has held roles as Managing Editor for the journal Social Theory and Practice, Research Editor at Giving What We Can, and Research Fellow at Longview Philanthropy. She has additional experience as a contract editor, having worked on several academic dissertations and a textbook about AI safety. She holds an MA in philosophy from Georgia State University.
